Delivery & Returns

We deliver door-to-door anywhere in South Africa. Parcels delivered by courier between 8am and 5pm, Monday - Friday. Submit a street address and select door-to-door as your delivery method when you reach Checkout. Should you require a delivery outside office hours, please make a note in the comments box and you will be contacted by our call centre to confirm availability.

Deliveries are made within a maximum of 7 days, although most orders are delivered within 5 days. Orders placed after 3pm on any weekday, will be processed the following day. Should Grandiflora have insufficient stock to cover any item within your order, you will be contacted with regard to timing, or alternative arrangements for delivery of part-orders.

Priority orders can be made within 4-5 days maximum at a fixed fee of R260 per order. You will be contacted should a faster delivery be possible.

Should there be no-one prepared to accept delivery at the address given, re-delivery is no charged but may take an additional 48 hours.

Grandiflora will hold full responsibility for damaged goods, or incorrectly dispatched orders or incomplete orders. Responsibility is transferred to the buyer on signing the waybill. If no notes are made on waybill, the delivery is accepted to be in 100% correct.

 
 DELIVERY COSTS
 
  • R128 (excluding VAT) for all deliveries less that R3 000 OR 3% of the invoice value (excluding VAT) for all delivery over R3 000 nation wide.
